65. Squid, Chickpeas, Bell Peppers Salad

squid cut-up

lolive oil

chickpeas (cooked or canned)

bell peppers chopped

lemon juice

oil

parsley

Directions

In a hot pan, flash-cook cut-up squid in a little olive oil for no more than two minutes.

Toss with chickpeas, bell peppers, lemon juice, a little more oil and parsley.
